The biggest flower looks like yuri (lilies), but what about the small flower? Ume? If that was the case, don't these two flowers not match the same season?

the petals of the small flowers seems notched at the top, so I would say it's sakura, no ume.
Is this a yukata? If so, they often don't follow a strict seasonality, and feature more popular motifs like sakura (that are also considered all-season).
A trend also used is to see winter motifs to give a sense of coolness,

It is a yukata, yes.
