I don't think I've posted these two little sewing projects I've completed months ago :coy:
First one was a strange kind of kofurisode I bought from Shinei. It's synthetic and had perfeclty square sleeve ends. When I saw it in person I noticed the extra lenght of fabric was stuck and sewn on the lining.

I unsewn them and sew/ironed back them into their original shape: tadaaam beautiful synthetic furisode is restored :katana:

Second one was a normal looking kimono but when I got it I noticed the end of the sleeves looks heavy and a bit puffy. I opened the seams and found a nice 20cm of extra fabric. The handstiching was a bit complicated because the lining is so thin and slippery but I'm very happy with the result and the kimono is so beautiful I think it deserved it

sorry the pic is too dark, I'll probably wear it again in daylight and post in the kitsuke section =D
